Get involved

We drive impact by bringing businesses together with community organisations.

It doesn’t matter how small your business or organisation is – we work with everyone from small non-profits to large corporates, finding opportunities for collaboration that bring the greatest value.

Whatever industry or sector you are in – construction, accountancy, retail, health, hospitality, trade, logistics etc – we need you to help deliver our Ways2Work Programme to schools, colleges, community groups, and underserved communities. No training or HR experience is necessary, and our volunteering sessions often last only 1-2 hours.

For community groups, perhaps you have a hall that needs redecorating, an outside area that would benefit from gardening services, or maybe you’re an organisation that would like to carry out fundraising for a local food bank or team litter-picking to mark World Clean-Up Day, there are opportunities to suit everyone.

Latest volunteering opportunities

Whether you are a start-up, SME, or a large corporate we would like to hear from you.

This is a chance to change the lives of young people, unemployed and underserved groups by using your experience, knowledge and skills to engage, inform and inspire.

Don’t underestimate how important and valued your participation is.

“I have collaborated with Croydon Commitment since before Covid while at Coversure and now PK Partnership. They are ideally placed to connect businesses in Croydon with good causes. We have helped with events such as mock interviews and Golf Days. Being involved is good for me, my business and the local community!”
